Probably one of my favorite Manhattan Cocktail Classic events was the Tokyo BBQ at Summit Bar, sponsored by Suntory Whiskey. There was a yakitori grilling up scallops and shrimp in the back garden, and interactive stations throughout the bar. Begin by blending your own whiskey, then learn to carve a spotless ice sphere to drop in a tumbler of it. It was an awesome finale to my weekend!
